The real, rather than declarative, economic sovereignty of the Republic of Kazakhstan was laid down on November 15 1993, exactly 25 years ago. And today the money we hold is more than money. It was the national currency that became the measure of current well-being. Building cities, developing economy, stability: all this became possible thanks to financial independence.
