The President of Kazakhstan was informed about the Ministry’s work on automation of public services, development of telecommunications infrastructure, innovation ecosystem, human capital and digitalization of economic sectors.
The Minister informed Kassym-Jomart Tokayev that by the end of this year, all localities with 250 or more population will be provided mobile high-speed Internet.
Askar Zhumagaliyev also briefed President Tokayev on the progress of cities’ digitalization and the situation in information security.
In conclusion, the Head of State gave Askar Zhumagaliyev a number of specific instructions.
