“150 Years of Labor” is a documentary film about a family that has dedicated one and a half centuries to the mine. Through the story told by a ten-year-old boy, the viewer sees the city of Shakhtinsk as the locals know it: a city of hardworking hands, early mornings, and pride in one’s labor.
